• Experience: Ortho experience preferred
• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact RN license
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS
• Clinical Skills: Strong patient assessment, time management, prioritization, and interdisciplinary communication
• Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments throughout the shift
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with RN scope of practice and facility policy
• Coordinate care across departments and serve as a key point of contact for patient care needs
• Provide patient and family education tailored to learning needs, culture, and readiness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain professionalism, protect patient safety and privacy, and support a respectful, patient-centered environment
