• Weekly Salary Range: $1,950–$2,060

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required prior to direct patient care)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (required); acute care, medical-surgical, or telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips and dysrhythmias; dysrhythmia competency exam required at orientation (study guide provided)
• Comfort managing patients with multi-system organ failure, multisystem trauma, hemodynamic monitoring, and chest tubes
• EPIC or other EHR experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills appropriate for a fast-paced hospital environment

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to dysrhythmias, and provide telemetry surveillance
• Administer medications safely and according to hospital policies and medication administration protocols
• Provide hemodynamic monitoring, manage chest tubes, and care for patients with complex multi-system needs
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and act as a point of contact for clinical coordination
• Advocate for patient safety, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and follow infection control standards
• Educate and support patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Respond confidently to rapidly changing patient conditions and emergency situations (Rapid Response / Code)
• Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff
