American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a KY or compact license and advanced certifications for a critical care contract position.

• Position is in the ICU/CCU of a hospital setting
• Patient ratio is typically 1:2, but may fluctuate with census
• Uses Meditech EMR system
• Bi-weekly orientation provided
• Shift is 07:00 to 19:30 with a 36/48 hour bi-weekly rotation schedule
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• No local candidates accepted; must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
• Responsible for providing critical care nursing for ICU/CCU patients
• Travel pairs are not allowed except under special circumstances
• Assignment start date must be strictly followed
• Ratios may fluctuate based on patient census and staffing needs
• Holiday and weekend shifts may be required as per facility needs

• Active KY or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years current ICU experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Two professional references required
• Copy of driver's license
