Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Paducah, Kentucky.

OB/L&D RN needed for a 12-hour night shift position caring for laboring mothers and newborns in a high-acuity obstetrics setting. Nurse will provide antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care while managing patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity. Responsibilities include circulating in deliveries/C-sections, performing vaginal exams, electronic fetal monitoring, maternal/fetal stabilization and resuscitation, and supporting the mother/fetal dyad throughout the birthing process.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and culturally inclusive patient care are essential. EPIC charting experience preferred. EKG exam required.

Every Other Weekend - Holiday Requirement:
Every Other Holiday - On Call: 2 call shifts every 6 weeks
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 acuity dependent

ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN - Required Skills:
Circulating, vaginal exams, electronic fetal monitoring, maternal/fetal resuscitation and stabilization - Minimum Experience:
1 year RN experience required - Preferred Experience:
Recent OB, ED, or Critical Care experience - Preferred
Certifications:
EFM Certification (NCC), Maternal Newborn Nursing Certification (NCC) - Preferred Education:
BSN - Charting System: EPIC Electronic Health Record
