Registered Nurse – Paducah, KY (Full Time) About Pain Management Centers of America, P.S.C.

PMCOA is a national company with state‑of‑the‑art interventional pain management facilities in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Illinois with 8 pain centers and 3 ambulatory surgery centers. PMCOA employs over 200 trained personnel, including interventional pain physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and expert personnel in multiple ancillary services and administration.

We are looking for an RN with OR experience. Hours for this position will be 30–35 hours weekly. This role offers a supportive, professional environment, no weekends, no holidays, and no calls, allowing for a Monday to Friday schedule.

• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Serve as circulator in OR, pre‑op/PACU.
• Start IVs and administer sedation; willingness to learn/train; be a team player; understand medication proficiency.

• 2 years of previous nursing experience.
• Experience in OR, pre‑op/PACU.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
