Position Overview
Stonecreek, a 90‑bed community in Paducah, KY’s medical district, is hiring an LPN/RN for the day shift. The position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications orally, subcutaneously, or via IV, and record all administrations.
- Record patient medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpret and record electronic displays.
- Initiate corrective action when the patient shows adverse symptomatology.
- Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examination and treatment.
- Respond to life‑saving situations per nursing standards and protocol.
- Participate in discharge planning.
- Utilize time‑management skills.
- Record all care information accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner on the appropriate forms.
- Perform other position‑related duties as assigned, depending on the setting.
- Current LPN/RN license in the state of Kentucky.
- At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a long‑term care setting is preferred.
