Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health Float

Kentucky & Illinois (multi‑site)

Schedule:

Full‑time, day shift; no nights, weekends, or holidays

Pay: $27–$31 per hour based on experience

Health Works Medical is seeking a flexible, self‑motivated RN to provide occupational health services across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, values independence, and is looking for a consistent daytime schedule outside of the hospital setting.

• Provide occupational health services including assessments, screenings, and evaluations
• Treat and manage work‑related injuries and illnesses
• Travel between clinic locations as needed (schedule provided in advance)
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

• Active RN license in Kentucky and Illinois
• Willingness to obtain additional state license(s) (company supported)
• 1+ year of experience in occupational health, urgent care, ER, or related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in varying clinic environments
• Willingness to travel between locations

• Occupational Health (COHN) certification
