LPN - Position Summary (1st Shift)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Charter Senior Living, you play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our Assisted Living community. You support residents through:

• Assessments and contributions to individualized care plans

• Medication administration and treatment management

• Documentation and clinical communication

• Monitoring changes in condition and collaborating with care partners

• Ensuring residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Approaching every interaction with patience, professionalism, and a warm smile

This role is ideal for an LPN who values teamwork, person-centered care, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents and families.

Must Have:

• Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky

• Passion for serving seniors and supporting a culture of compassion and respect
