As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and helps patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role involves monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and, on a daily basis, assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
Education,Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state and maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment
