Mercy Health at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care and bridge Med‑Surg and ICU teams.
The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications safely, and participate in ongoing quality improvement. Requirements include RN licensure and a BSN is preferred; ACLS/BLS are required or preferred per policy. This role is full‑time and on site.
