Medasource is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg/Telemetry on an 18-week travel contract on the 4th Floor Med/Surg Unit. The unit cares for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, oncology, and stepdown needs.
The RN will provide evidence-based nursing care, monitor patients for changes, administer medications, interpret cardiac rhythms, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
