Nurse Manager - Medical Oncology Pediatrics - Lourdes Hospital

Job Summary

This management position performs day‑to‑day administration of inpatient nursing units. The individual is responsible for facilitation of teams, human resource management, physician relations, collaborative processes, customer service, and leadership of the clinical management team. He/She actively participates in technology evaluation, marketing efforts, and short‑ and long‑term strategic planning.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Licensure:
  Current in Kentucky
• Certification: BLS
• Experience:
  
  RN with 2-4 years general nursing experience and 1 year in leadership role, prefer management
