Envision is hiring a motivated full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the award‑winning Baptist Health Paducah team, a regional leader in advanced, comprehensive care across Western Kentucky.

Acute care training preferred

• 2 APPs daily
• 11‑hour shifts (including day and swing shifts)
• No procedures
• Block schedule ICU covered by Intensivist/APP
• Intensivists run codes
• EPIC EMR
