This hands‑on position involves barge cleaning, rigging, cargo handling, and equipment maintenance in variable outdoor conditions. With some overtime and a strong safety‑first culture, this role suits physically capable candidates comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and marine environments.
Qualifications- Ability to obtain a TWIC card
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift 60–100lbs and navigate confined spaces
- Readiness to undergo safety and equipment training
- Team‑oriented communication skills
- Prior labor experience in marine or related industries
- Previous work in safety‑sensitive environments
