QA Tech

Position Summary

FSQA Tech is responsible for daily checks and records on the production floor, examination of ingredients and finished products, label review, allergens control, GMPs, employee safety, food safety, and food quality. Supports company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

• Examine food ingredients and packaging.
• Follow written and spoken directions.
• Apply mathematical skills for documentation.
• Utilize laboratory skills.
• Perform other duties assigned by the business.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years food safety/quality experience.
• Experience in food safety, allergens, and GMPs.

Work may require ascending/descending ladders, stairs, moving objects up to 15 pounds, standing or sitting for prolonged periods, and use of technology such as machinery or power tools. No operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
