Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, making them feel better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty. Represent company values and bring your real self to work.

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Adapt flexibly between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates and promote teamwork.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.
