Our members love shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club. As a fresh‑food associate, you will keep shelves stocked, ensure sanitary conditions in freezers and coolers, and deliver customer service in the deli department.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, correct forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation: handle claims & returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits and paperwork.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
• Follow company policies for freezer/cooler area: comply with food handling, operate and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures, clean the area, monitor fans, drains, doors, and report issues.
• Ensure high‑quality products are available, shelves are clean, temperature is controlled, expiration dates verified, and lower‑quality products properly disposed.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays, maintain a clean, sanitized area for members.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
