Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, duties include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, helping customers while stocking shelves, and handling specific tasks such as filling ice cream in the freezer. The role is physically demanding and requires attention to safety and cleanliness.

• Unload trucks
• Sort products in the backroom
• Stock products on shelves
• Ensure aisles are neat and the area is clean
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
