42001US - Responsibilities:
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store;
The Assistant Manager ensures maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services;
Developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control;
Performing physical tasks including standing for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of store operations
