Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, and ensure order accuracy before pickup. Substitutions are made as needed and they consult customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for customers and pick items such as apples, cereal, and other merchandise.
• Prepare and package online orders accurately.
• Make product substitutions when items are unavailable.
• Dispense completed orders to customers and engage in conversation.
• Assist in‑store customers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked area.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
