The Automotive Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication with both our sales staff and customers.

• Assist the sales team in managing customer leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate vehicle inventory, pricing, and documentation for sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide support in vehicle delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management and sales staff to achieve dealership sales goals.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or dealership operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
