Position Overview:

Are you ready to ignite your career in sales with passion and professionalism? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and promote our life insurance products. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions. You will work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and aim to achieve your sales targets in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use our platform to target qualified candidates interested in our insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments, explain insurance options, and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to address client concerns and showcase product benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
    • Willing to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
    • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (assistance provided).

    Compensation:

    • 1099 Commission-Based Only
    • Compensation varies based on market and performance, with bonuses paid monthly and residuals on client anniversaries.
