Responsibilities- Lead generation and outreach directed towards the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct final negotiations and close sales while observing established pricing and profit targets
- Promote long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients to increase sales and word-of-mouth referrals
- A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
$40,000 yearly + commission
