- 10+ years of experience in field‑based positions with a consistent record of over‑quota achievement
- 5+ years of experience selling software solutions
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to navigate organizational layers
- Excellent customer‑facing skills, with a focus on listening and understanding client needs
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in managing and protecting identities in hybrid Active Directory environments
- Proven track record of effective solution‑selling strategies
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, particularly in Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with multiple departments
- Enthusiasm for promoting a positive and energetic team environment
