Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and close opportunities for Windows Management solutions throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Build and leverage existing C‑level and executive relationships to present strategic software solutions
  • Drive the adoption of Quest Software within current customer bases
  • Lead strategic account planning processes that establish mutual objectives and targets
  • Develop and implement territory‑wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quotas
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in field‑based positions with a consistent record of over‑quota achievement
  • 5+ years of experience selling software solutions
  • Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to navigate organizational layers
  • Excellent customer‑facing skills, with a focus on listening and understanding client needs
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing and protecting identities in hybrid Active Directory environments
  • Proven track record of effective solution‑selling strategies
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, particularly in Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with multiple departments
  • Enthusiasm for promoting a positive and energetic team environment
