We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to grow with our team. In this role, you will connect with prospects, identify insurance and financial service needs, and help clients find proper protection. - Base salary of $35,000
, first‑year earning potential of $50,000–$70,000 with base + commissions - Warm leads provided

- Identify client insurance and financial service needs
- Present appropriate coverage and product solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain organized client records
- Manage daily activities to meet individual and team production goals
- Continuously learn and improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Insurance license required (P&C and/or Life & Health)
- Strong motivation to meet daily activity and production goals
- Comfortable with high daily communication activity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
