Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor delivery of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:

• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑focused environment.
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
