, we deliver a modern, transparent car-buying experience utilizing cutting-edge tools like Toyota’s Smart Path. We are seeking a tech-savvy, energetic, and articulate BDC Associate to act as the digital face of our dealership and turn online inquiries into showroom appointments.
Lead Management: Promptly respond to and follow up with all incoming internet leads via phone, text, and email.
Appointment Setting: Schedule, confirm, and track sales appointments to bridge the gap between digital customers and the showroom.
CRM Accuracy: Log 100% of customer interactions and update contact information within the CRM.
Team
Collaboration:
Partner with the Sales team to communicate appointment statuses and advocate for customer needs.
Outreach Campaigns: Contact past and prospective customers regarding brand incentives and local specials.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable with high-volume phone calls and professional texting/emailing.
Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn systems (Toyota Smart Path); prior dealership CRM experience (e.g., Vin Solutions, Elead) is a major plus.
Organized Multi-tasker: Ability to manage a high volume of leads without losing track of details.
Resilient Mindset: Goal-oriented, persistent, and positive when handling customer objections.
Experience: Previous BDC, call center, or hospitality/customer service experience preferred, but we will train the right attitude.
