Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs across housing units, including HVAC filter replacement, smoke/CO alarm testing, and appliance safety checks;
Conduct NSPIRE/HQS pre-inspections and walkthroughs, and support move-out and Ready-to-Rent inspections;
Document inspections and repairs using tablets/mobile devices and maintain accurate records;
Care for assets and equipment including hand tools, power tools, and agency vehicles; assist with seasonal projects and grounds maintenance
