• Service Area – Eastern KY
• Shift Requirements:
  Mon‑Fri, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

• Service mobile imaging equipment at customer sites throughout Eastern KY.
• Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens imaging equipment.
• Deliver timely repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding revenue, expense and inventory targets.
• Responsible for company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools and spare parts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers while performing administrative duties accurately.

• Experience performing field service, preventive maintenance and modifications on medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Ability to test, repair and maintain capital medical equipment.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.
• Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with customers and peers.

• Minimum high‑school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2+ years of field service experience (desired).
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; capable of working individually or in a team.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation after training and certification.
• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks such as ladder climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, standing and fine‑grasping manipulation; adequate vision.

Applicants must hold a valid driver’s licence and must not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges or other serious moving violations (unless prohibited by state or local law).

Base Pay Range: $45,180 – $62,128 (geography, experience, and qualifications may influence starting pay)
