XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock in Paducah, KY. Pay starts at $22.85/hour with afternoon shift (M-F 15:00–20:30) and a benefits package for those scheduled to work 30+ hours per week. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position.
You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, secure loads in trailers, scan shipments on handheld devices, and work on an open dock environment not climate controlled. Safety first.
