Position OverviewAt Foundation Building Materials (FBM),
Warehouse Associates keep operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and safely loading materials with precision and pride. Join a fast-paced, hands-on team that values integrity, reliability, and career growth.
- Customer Service & Product Knowledge:
Serve as a backup to the Inside Sales team by assisting customers with product inquiries, order entry, pricing, and quote preparation, helping maintain a high level of customer service on a daily basis. Provide service to customers entering the warehouse. Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services. Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size. - Warehouse Operations & Maintenance:
Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials. Allocate and move material to its correct place and always ensure an orderly warehouse. Maintain packing specifications, and make suitable skids/pallets. Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories. - Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements. Use proper lifting techniques. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes and clothing. - Trainings:
Attend and participate in all required company training programs. - Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation; occasional operation of forklift or similar equipment; occasional lifting or carrying approximately 100 lbs. Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned. - Miscellaneous:

- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training

Compensation:
The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
