• Masters degree in Counseling or a related field preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students academic, social, and emotional growth
• Develop and implement preventative programs addressing bullying, mental health, and career readiness
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create customized intervention strategies
• Remain up-to-date on best practices and participate in professional development as needed
• Guide students through academic planning, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention when required
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school climate for all learners
