Horseshoe Bend is looking for an experienced housekeeping specialist to help maintain and enhance this beautiful RV park as it welcomes guests from all over. This unique, outdoor-focused destination is eager to offer guests an exceptional experience, and we need someone who shares that passion for the outdoors and a commitment to excellence.
Position OverviewHorseshoe Bend, a premier RV park owned by ROAM America, is hiring a Full Time Housekeeping Specialist to ensure the park stays pristine. This role plays a critical part in the guest experience by making sure all facilities are clean, well‑maintained, and photo‑ready. The ideal candidate thrives in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and takes pride in delivering a flawless, welcoming environment for our guests.
PositionResponsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, bathhouses, and accommodations around the property
- Ensure cabins and park amenities meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Thoroughly clean all bathrooms to brand standards.
- Adhere to all service standards set by the General Manager.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.
- Housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with an organized and process‑driven approach.
- Resourceful, motivated, and able to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
- Eager to contribute to a growing team and learn new skills.
- Integrity and alignment with ROAM America's core values.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for the majority of the shift.
