Aftersales​/Workshop Manager

Euromec Contracts Limited supply and service a wide range of Industrial and Municipal Cleaning Machines as well as a comprehensive range of Groundcare Equipment from world class manufacturers Iseki, Honda and Stiga.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales/Workshop Manager.

• Liaise with the service and parts team to ensure effective and efficient running of the workshop, prioritising workload to meet customer needs, ensuring a steady flow throughout.
• Organise and issue the daily work schedules to a team of skilled external engineers working throughout the UK, making all sites aware of visits.
• Provide timely, accurate customer estimates for the repair and service to their machines.
• Ensure customer service schedules and requirements are met and subsequently processed through the computer system.
• Co-ordinate with the parts department regarding stock availability and efficient time management.
• Collect any information required to input and process any manufacturer warranty claims.
• Maintain franchise standards/procedures in the workshop environment for dealer assessments.
• Ensure that quality checks are carried out as per company and brand guidelines.

• Experienced in a management role within a transferable industry or an engineer looking to move to management.
• A great communicator with excellent organisational skills.
