Construction Project Manager – Page, AZ

As a Project Manager at Perini Management Services, you will report to the Operations Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations and oversee comprehensive project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and staffing for key field positions.
  • Administer all aspects of the Prime Contract, including procurement, subcontract administration, scheduling, and closeout.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy.
  • Maintain document control of design and post‑design materials, RFI’s, shop drawings, and change orders.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Clients, A/E contacts, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction progress through on‑site Superintendent to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions for potential impacts on project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage financial aspects of Prime Contract and Subcontracts, including invoicing, payments, and modifications, protecting the company’s financial interests while maintaining good client relationships.
  • Ensure productivity of subcontractors, efficient use of materials & equipment, and overall project schedule.
Requirements
  • Experience managing three or more construction projects valued at $30million or more, with at least one design‑build project.
  • Four‑year engineering degree or equivalent and ten or more years of construction management experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Bluebeam, P6, Prolog, or similar project management software.
  • Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Experience on projects with significant underground utility scopes of work.
  • Preferred:
    Federal Government client experience and unique/logistics‑challenging site experience.
  • Preferred certifications: PE, EIT, PMP or other relevant licenses.
  • Relocation to domestic project locations, specifically Arizona, required.

Page, Arizona. Compensation commensurate with experience.
