Biological Science Technician; Aquatic Invasive Species

Duties

Implements and monitors established natural resource management projects by following instructions and standard procedures.

Provides advice, assistance, and training to partners, interns, students, volunteers and employees involved in resource management projects and field research.

Works closely with park resource managers and scientists.

Provides information to other employees and visitors about the natural resource management program.

Uses a variety of computer programs to compile, reduce, store, retrieve, analyze, and report data and other resource management information.

Uses a wide variety of specialized equipment to carry out resource management projects.
