Summary
This position is located in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, in the Division of Science and Resource Management Division.
Major Duties- Implements and monitors established natural resource management projects by following instructions and standard procedures.
- Provides advice, assistance, and training to partners, interns, students, volunteers, and employees involved in resource management projects and field research.
- Works closely with park resource managers and scientists.
- Provides information to other employees and visitors about the natural resource management program.
- Uses a variety of computer programs to compile, reduce, store, retrieve, analyze, and report data and other resource management information.
- Uses a wide variety of specialized equipment to carry out resource management projects.
