As a Food & Beverage Team Leader
, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and energise your team to deliver first-class service and seamless operations
• Motivate and develop staff
  , ensuring high performance and engagement
• Support fresh food preparation and service
  , maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene
• Drive revenue and efficiency
  , making a profitable contribution to the park
• Champion guest satisfaction
  , creating an exceptional dining experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced leader who is:

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Experienced in a Food & Beverage Team Leader or similar supervisory role
• A strong communicator and organiser
