Auburn Career Center is seeking substitute teachers to support our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. We welcome both experienced trades professionals and general substitute teachers who are enthusiastic about supporting hands-on, career-focused instruction. Whether or not you have a background in a specific trade, your flexibility, classroom experience, and ability to manage students effectively are key to ensuring a productive learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Auburn Career Center Board Policy
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) and the ability to obtain a Substitute Teaching License OR High School Diploma and the ability to obtain a 1-yr Temporary Substitute License
