Job DescriptionRenhill Group is currently looking for a dedicated compassionate individual who is committed to student learning and success to work on a long-term, daily basis as a Floater for the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve (ESCWR) for the duration of the school year.
Floater must be willing and able to travel to the various programs and sites operated by the ESCWR, Preschool through High School:
- Berkshire Local Schools
- Preschool - Broadmoor School
- Developmental Disabilities - Riverside Local Schools - SAIL Program (Autism)

Floaters play a vital role in the educational process. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a classroom environment that is effective, safe, and conducive to learning and have the unique ability to teach with a rapidly changing classroom population of various skills and progress levels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ohio Teaching License/Substitute Teaching License
- BCI & FBI background checks
- Dated within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education
