, a U.S. manufacturer of large‑diameter fasteners, forgings, and machined components, is seeking motivated college sophomores and juniors for our hands‑on Engineering Internship Program. This is an opportunity to gain real industrial experience while contributing to meaningful projects that improve safety, quality, and manufacturing performance.

This 10‑week, paid internship places students directly inside a heavy‑industrial manufacturing environment. Interns work side‑by‑side with engineers, technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel to learn how engineered products are designed, manufactured, inspected, and delivered.

You’ll follow the process from raw material to final product
, gain exposure to real production challenges, and build a project that adds genuine value to the business.

• Time studies and production data collection
• Process mapping and improvement recommendations
• Supporting standardized work instructions and visual documentation

• CAD modeling and drawing updates
• Tooling and fixture design concepts or improvements
• Participating in design‑for‑manufacturability discussions with engineers and machinists

• Reviewing and updating electrical schematics and panel layouts
• Improving device lists, labels, and documentation
• Supporting small sensor, HMI, or controls improvements under supervision

• Understand the operational flow of a real manufacturing plant
• See how engineering decisions impact safety, quality, and delivery
• Gain experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Complete a meaningful project and present your results to leadership
• Build a strong experience story for future interviews
