Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP | Painesville, Ohio

A rewarding opportunity is available for two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in Painesville, OH. These contract positions focus on delivering targeted speech therapy support to students, empowering their communication skills and overall academic success during the current school year.

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Providing services in accordance with state and federal regulations and school policies
• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records

• One SLP to support preschool students from March 2 through May 28
• One SLP to provide services across grades K-12 from April 7 through May 28
• Contract duration corresponds with the current school year calendar

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligibility or experience as a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidate preferred
• Background in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related speech-language development stages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
