Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid license as a School Psychologist in the state of Ohio
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience or strong interest in supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
In this role, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to students as needed
- Consult on behavior management, academic and social-emotional supports
- Engage in regular progress monitoring and data analysis
