1st Shift Position – 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

• Maintain all safety regulations and a safe work environment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.
• Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.
• Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.
• Implement “Lean” techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
• Keep facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.
• Help with projects as required by management.
• Maintain records of machine failures.
• Maintain a record of day‑to‑day operations.

• Two or more years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair.
• Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements.
• Hydraulics a must.
• Welding Fabricating is a plus.
• Tow‑motor "driving" & as well as repair/maintenance.

• Be able to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Be able to lift 75-100 LBS.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical/vocational skills preferred.
