We are looking for a qualified CNC Machinist to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up new and repeat jobs efficiently
• Create programs at the machine and produce parts to blueprint
• Submit and achieve first article approval
• Achieve machine rate listed on the job router
• Ensure part process is stable and ready for operation
• Operate machines while monitoring and maintaining part quality
• Change used tooling and make machine offsets
• Inspect and document critical features as indicated on the inspection document

Requirements:

• Proficient with Fanuc M & G codes
• Able to read blueprints and have in-depth knowledge of GD&T
• Proficient understanding & use of inspection equipment
• Strong math and trigonometry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer literate
• Able to lift 50 lbs
