Assembly Operator – Manufacturing (Full-Time | On-site | Painesville, OH | 1st Shift)
Do you enjoy working with your hands and building things from the ground up? A well-established manufacturing facility in Painesville, Ohio is hiring Assembly Operators to join their growing production team. In this role, you’ll help assemble precision products used in cutting-edge technology across various industries.
This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Assemble, terminate, mold, test, and package cable assemblies and connectors
Use hand tools such as cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality standards
Follow all safety, quality, and ISO compliance processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Accurately record time and job information
Attend training sessions and team meetings
Perform other duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic soldering skills are a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness
