Assembly Operator – Manufacturing (Full-Time | On-site | Painesville, OH | 1st Shift)

Do you enjoy working with your hands and building things from the ground up? A well-established manufacturing facility in Painesville, Ohio is hiring Assembly Operators to join their growing production team. In this role, you’ll help assemble precision products used in cutting-edge technology across various industries.

This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Assemble, terminate, mold, test, and package cable assemblies and connectors

• Use hand tools such as cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality standards

• Follow all safety, quality, and ISO compliance processes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Accurately record time and job information

• Attend training sessions and team meetings

• Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Basic soldering skills are a plus

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness
