Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software
  • Perform dimensional inspections on complex aerospace components to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Create and implement inspection plans and documentation for production and first‑article inspections
  • Provide training and guidance to shop floor personnel on inspection processes and quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement or quality issues
  • Ensure adherence to quality procedures and industry standards within a job shop environment
Qualifications
  • Proven experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso
  • Strong background in dimensional inspection of precision‑machined parts, preferably in aerospace or highly regulated industries
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
  • Experience working in a high‑mix, job shop setting is highly preferred

    Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support team members
