- Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software
- Perform dimensional inspections on complex aerospace components to ensure compliance with specifications
- Create and implement inspection plans and documentation for production and first‑article inspections
- Provide training and guidance to shop floor personnel on inspection processes and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement or quality issues
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and industry standards within a job shop environment
- Proven experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso
- Strong background in dimensional inspection of precision‑machined parts, preferably in aerospace or highly regulated industries
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
- Experience working in a high‑mix, job shop setting is highly preferred
Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support team members
