We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our production tooling.

This role offers significant ownership in maintaining and fabricating complex dies, contributing directly to operational efficiency and product excellence.

As an intermediate professional, you will leverage your existing expertise to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with engineering, and deliver high-quality tooling solutions.

• Fabricate
  , repair, and maintain progressive, compound, and drawn dies.
• Operate and maintain precision machine tools such as surface grinders, milling machines, and lathes.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD data to create tooling specifications.
• Troubleshoot die issues on the production floor and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all tooling to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize die performance.

• Required: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker.
• Proficiency in operating manual machining equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Strong understanding of die design principles and metallurgy.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing metal stamping dies.

• CAD/CAM Software Familiarity – Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for die design and simulation is a plus.
• EDM Machining – Experience with Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) for intricate die components.
• Wire EDM – Proficiency with Wire EDM operations for high-precision cutting.
• Lean Manufacturing Principles – Understanding of lean principles for process improvement.
