Salary: $19+/hour, 1st shift.

As a Hand Deburring & Texture Operator, you'll give precision‑machined parts their finishing touch — smoothing rough edges, removing burrs, and creating the exact surface finish our customers expect. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy hands‑on, detail‑focused tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

• Follow job routers to know exactly how each part should be processed
• Read blueprints to identify required angles, radii, chamfers, and surface finishes
• Deburr parts by hand, using magnification up to 10X when needed
• Texturize surfaces to meet appearance or roughness (RA) specifications
• Keep pace with production goals while maintaining strong quality standards
• Handle parts with care to prevent nicks, scratches, or other damage
• Use tools such as air and electric grinders, buffing wheels, speed lathes, and belt sanders
• Keep your workstation and equipment clean and organized

Must‑Haves:

• Steady hands and strong manual dexterity for detailed work over long periods
• Ability to work under microscope magnification for extended periods
• A sharp eye for spotting critical surfaces and handling parts without damage
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  
  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Experience in deburring, finishing, or other secondary machining operations
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Familiarity with surface finish requirements and RA specifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using air/electric grinders, buffing wheels, or belt sanders
