Join Our Team as a Cap Operator (1st Shift)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 1st Shift Cap Operator to support our Clean & Cap operations in Painesville, OH. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities- Perform all Clean & Cap operations, including cleaning, capping, and related production tasks
- Operate and maintain automated equipment and machinery
- Execute processes such as mega dip, mold prep, dewax, flashfire, and special lot expediting
- Meet production efficiency standards established by Engineering
- Accurately record daily work activity and time using operational codes
- Handle hazardous materials safely in accordance with MSDS and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Collaborate with team members while working independently when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of stable manufacturing experience
- Experience in chemical processing or ceramics industry preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, inspection tools, grinders, and production equipment
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (experience may substitute)
